Conveniently located in the heart of Bai Chay-Ha Long, the popular Cong Doan ("Trade Union") is the biggest 3-Star hotel in Ha Long Bay. The hotel has 2 buildings: the 7-storey 3-star accommodation and the 3-storey budget and domestic traveler's accommodation. The hotel faces fascinating Ha Long Bay and all the rooms have an ocean view. Cong Doan has 144 international standard rooms, 2 restaurants with a total of 300 seats and 2 fully equipped conference rooms that can accommodate big social or business events.
The 7-story building has 115 rooms in 3 room categories. All rooms are carpeted and have an ocean view from a big balcony. All rooms are well equipped with all modern facilities including private bathroom, bathtub, air conditioning, Satellite TV, IDD telephone, writing desk and minibar. Triple occupancy is available for all room categories.

Family room: All Family rooms have a double and a twin bed. Second Class rooms: are on the 1st to 4th floors. The same size as first class rooms, the facilities are a bit older.

Centrally located at Bai Chay Beach, Halong City. Vietnams Halong Bay is located about 160km northeast of Hanoi. Halong Bay is a known natural tourist resource officially listed by UNESCO as a protected item of the world heritage with over 3,000 rock islets exposed as a rare painting of nature. Hanoi Noi Bai Airport is about 200 kms from Halong City.
